1. Introduction

Welcome to DupeCoat (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

DupeCoat is operated by Keystone Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). The App provides colour‑matching tools and links to paint ordering services via our partner, NextDayPaint.co.uk.

2. Use of the App

  • The App is provided for personal, non‑commercial use.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

3. User Accounts

  • To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Paint Ordering via NextDayPaint.co.uk

  • DupeCoat enables you to identify and match paint colours, and then order paints directly through NextDayPaint.co.uk.
  • All orders are fulfilled by NextDayPaint, not DupeCoat.
  • By placing an order, you agree to NextDayPaint’s terms, conditions, and policies.

Custom Paints

  • Custom‑mixed paints are produced specifically to your chosen colour specifications.
  • In line with NextDayPaint.co.uk’s policies, custom paints are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless defective or damaged in transit.
  • Please ensure you are satisfied with your colour choice before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and technology within the App are owned by Keystone Technologies.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • DupeCoat provides colour matching and ordering tools “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or suitability.
  • We are not responsible for differences in colour appearance due to screen settings, lighting, or application methods.
  • Keystone Technologies is not liable for any issues arising from orders placed with NextDayPaint, including delivery, quality, or returns.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt resolution informally.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation in the UK before proceeding to court.
  • Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief through the courts.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

10. Changes to Terms
