How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your DupeCoat account and all associated data, you may do so using one of the following methods:

In-App: While logged in, select settings from the menu. In settings you will find “Delete Account”.

Email Request: Send an email to contact@dupecoat.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Please send this email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

Data Deletion Policy

Upon receiving your request, we will perform the following actions within 30 days:

Account Removal: Your login credentials (email/password or Google Auth link) will be permanently removed from our authentication system.

User Data: All personal profile information (Display Name) will be deleted.

User-Generated Content: All saved paint colors, projects, and room measurements associated with your User ID will be permanently deleted from our database.

Data Retention: We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion process is complete. No backups of your specific user data are kept after the 30-day processing period.
